Prior to establishing PBS Real Estate in 2001, Schrader was an Executive Managing Director at Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., where he was responsible for key corporate and institutional client accounts. Additionally, he was professionally associated with the Koeppel Tener Riguardi and was vice chairman at SL Green realty.
In his prior career, Mort Schrader served for 25 years as president of a large publicly traded apparel-manufacturing company. He served on the Board of Trustees of the Fashion Institute of Technology for 25 years and as a director on the Board of Trustees Continuum Partners (which includes Beth Israel and Roosevelt St. Luke’s Hospitals) for five years. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Cache, a women’s apparel retail chain, where he has served 20 years. |
