Mr. Kahn joined PBS in 2006 following three years in residential real estate including the sale of luxury units on behalf of ownership in the prestigious Trump International Hotel and Tower in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Mr. Kahn has also been involved in residential development in the Hamptons and in Westport, CT, including his role as project manager in a major condominium development for the Stillman Development Group.

In 1993, Mr. Kahn co-founded Jalex Enterprises, a janitorial supply company in the New York metropolitan area. During his time leading Jalex, Mr. Kahn developed very strong relationships with prominent landlords in Manhattan and the metropolitan region. He later sold Jalex to Strauss Paper.

Mr. Kahn is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and Florida.
