Stephen joined PBS in 2005 to expand the firm’s tenant representation practice with a focus on private equity firms, investment banks, and hedge funds, particularly in Manhattan’s Plaza District. Mr. Gordon has completed over 1 Million SF of leasing transactions, mostly in Manhattan’s Plaza District. In recognition of his production, Real Estate Weekly named Stephen a Rising Star in the Industry (April 26, 2006).
Stephen previously was a top producer with USI Real Estate Advisors where he supervised and executed all NY Metro area transactions with that firm’s largest corporate clients including: United Technologies, Computer Sciences Corp., and Delta Air Lines.
Prior to USI, Mr. Gordon exclusively represented tenants with Julien J. Studley, Inc. and Equis Corporation where he completed consulting, acquisition, and disposition assignments for a variety of businesses. |
Mr. Gordon is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (Member: Plaza District Office Committee) and the community minded Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association (Member: Issues and Actions committee). Stephen has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business (Deal of the Week – April 19, 2004), was the recipient of USI’s 2004 Distinguished Service Award, and has written articles for the New York Real Estate Journal
