Mr. Zuriff is a graduate of New York University and the New York University School of Law, with a doctorate in Jurisprudence, and is a member of the Bar in the State of New York.

As the Founding Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of The Commercial Bank of New York, Mr. Zuriff played an integral role in its sale to North Fork Bank (now Capital One). Served as the former President and Director of Smith and Wollensky Restaurant Group; consulting in financing, lease negotiations, retail sales development and marketing activities for new restaurants.

Mr. Zuriff is a Director of One Liberty Properties – a NYSE listed real estate investment trust - specializing in acquisition, ownership and management of a geographically diversified portfolio of retail, industrial, office and other properties under long term leases.
