Mr. Emden is Principal of PBS Realty Advisors, LLC. Mr. Emden has over thirty five years experience in real estate, both as tenant representative and as a landlord’s leasing agent. He has negotiated in excess of $3 billion in lease obligations as tenant’s representative and performed myriad other functions, including acting as receiver on foreclosure properties and buying and selling buildings.
Mr. Emden was most recently Vice Chairman of USI Real Estate Advisors, LLC where he led Integrated Tenant Services in New York. He began his career, however, at Edward S. Gordon Company. He joined that firm in February 1972 as the first associate, became a Vice President and subsequently, a Senior Vice President and stockholder.
While at ESG, Mr. Emden led the firm’s leasing agency division. Some noteworthy assignments included 450 Park Avenue, the Squibb Building at 40 West 57th Street, 800 Second Avenue, 1140 Avenue of the Americas, 900 Third Avenue, 599 Lexington Avenue and 5 Penn Plaza.

Mr. Emden is a member of the Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Board of New York. He is also a Trustee of the American Friends of Hebrew University and is active in the Israeli Bond Organization, The United Jewish Appeal and Concerned Parents for AIDS Research.

Mr. Emden is a graduate of Adelphi University and earned a diploma in Financial Analysis from the New York University Real Estate Institute.
