David joined PBS in 2005 as Director to help grow the firms tenant representation practice, focusing on hedge funds and private equity firms in Manhattan’s Plaza District. As a result of his production, Mr. Emden was promoted in 2006 to Managing Director, and Real Estate Weekly and Real Estate New York both named David a Rising Star.
In addition, Mr. Emden also acts as PBS’s liason to Oncor International and its 220 markets served globally.
Prior to joining PBS, Mr. Emden was associate vice president of USI Real Estate Advisors following his tenure at the University of Wisconsin, and following three consecutive summer internships with commercial real estate firms.
David has been a licensed real estate salesperson since the age of 20, and has been involved in a variety of projects on behalf of the business world’s most recognized names.
David is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and The Young Mens/ Womens Real Estate Association. For the past ten years he has been active with Concerned Parents for AIDS Research (CPFA) and The Jeffrey Modell Foundation (including a special honor for fundraising at the age of 10).
